Welcome to Pass Path Drive. By using our website or booking driving lessons with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We provide professional driving lessons in accordance with UK regulations. All lessons are conducted by qualified and approved driving instructors.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • Lessons must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or direct communication.

  • A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

  • Full payment is due before or at the start of your lesson.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or other available methods.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You must give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

  • If you cancel with 48 hours or more notice, your deposit will be fully refunded.

  • If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, the lesson fee may be charged in full and the deposit may be non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

4. Student Responsibilities

By booking with us, you agree to:

  • Hold a valid UK provisional or full driving licence.

  • Be physically and legally fit to drive.

  • Follow your instructor’s guidance and drive safely.

5. Instructor Rights

  • Instructors may cancel or reschedule lessons due to illness, vehicle issues, or unsafe weather.

  • Instructors may end a lesson if the student is unfit or poses a safety risk.

6. Practical Driving Tests

  • We can help book your driving test, but cannot guarantee availability.

  • Use of the instructor’s car for the test is subject to approval and availability.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury during a lesson unless caused by negligence.
Students are responsible for any driving offences committed during lessons.

8. Website Use

All content on our website is for informational and booking purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, or misuse any part of the site without permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
